General conditions
Prices are charged in accordance with the current price list.
Payment is to be made prior to or on the day of the first class of each month in accordance with the specific number of classes for that month.
Students have the right to reschedule two of the classes per month but must reschedule them within the month the change is made.
Students who can not take part in classes for one month but then want continue in another month should pay for 75% of their course upfront.
Cancellations: Any student withdrawing from the classes after the first day is not eligible for refund of fees.
LINK School reserves the right to cancel classes or provide a substitute teacher in the event of sickness. If a class is to be rescheduled, it will be on a convenient day and time for both parties.
All payments are non-refundable.
Group tutoring
Group classes are booked with a specific number of classes for the following calendar month. This allows for the most cost-effective prices to be calculated and teaching resources allocated.
The number of students in a group may increase, thus reducing the price per class.
Lateness or absences will not qualify student for any refund.
Should an individual resign from a group class, that individual is required to provide a notice of one month. This notice is counted starting from the end of the current month. This requirement is in place in order to give LINK sufficient time to reallocate resources and, if necessary, to create a new group class.
For example: A student knows on May 12 that he will not be able to attend classes for the month of July. The student should give notice as soon as possible. However, the student must give notice by May 31. Because May 31 is the last day of the month, it is on this date (not May 12) that the notice becomes effective. Even if notice is given on May 12, the notice does not become effective until May 31.
Individual tutoring
Cancellations: Students may cancel an individual class only when LINK School is notified by text/phone a minimum of 24 hours prior to the class. If notification is not received by LINK School at least 24 hours beforehand, the class will be treated as completed and charged accordingly, as teaching resource will have already been allocated.
Individual students may not cancel more than two classes per month. The minimum number of classes per month in our "twice a week system" is six.
"Once a week system" students may not cancel a class but may reschedule a class on a convenient day and time for both parties, however it doesn't absolve the student from an obligation of regular monthly fee.
In the event of resignation from the one on one class the participant is required to provide LINK month's notice.
Lateness or absences will not qualify student for any refund.
